Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal when billing is active.
What counts as a client?
A client is a business entity you manage inside your CloseBooks firm workspace.
Do you support QuickBooks?
CloseBooks exports categorized transactions as QuickBooks-compatible CSV from the review workflow.
How is AI output controlled?
AI suggestions include confidence scores and must pass chart-of-accounts validation before export. Your firm keeps final review control.
What should larger firms do?
